How to join our team?

A step-by-step process

01  Send us your resume

We'll be happy to review it, see if we're a good fit, and get back to you. Then we'll arrange a recruitment meeting.

02  First online meeting

The meeting will be held via Google Meet and will take about 30 minutes. We'll talk about your interests, experience, and your work style. We’ll also verify your level of professional knowledge.

03  Recruitment task & feedback after the        initial meeting

After the interview, we will send you a recruitment task regarding the position you applied for. You will have one week to complete it. It is aimed at getting to know you better, including both your mindset and work methods. And this is very valuable information for us 🙂

After you submit the task, we will analyze how you performed and you will get feedback from us. Once we feel that there's a good fit between us, we'll schedule a second interview.

04  Second online meeting

This time we will tell you more about the organization and our professional approach. You will get to know other members and the rules of working in your target team 🙂 This will take about an hour.
